We worked really hard to get the look right, from the dress to the hair/make up to the jewelry--and I'm pretty proud of what we were able to pull together!! :) Mad Men is one of my favorite shows, and I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to win!!!!
I've been keeping busy lately--commercial auditions (always learn a lot--and interesting to see the final commercials, who they picked, etc--learning that I can't really take it personally, because sometimes they want a 37 year old blonde woman, and I am not that type), writing meetings, etc.
We produced a photo shoot the other weekend to get the necessary photos we need for our pitch book. It went really well! We got GREAT shots and everything went fairly smoothly. I'm really impressed with how we put everything together. :) We narrowed the 2200 pics down to 420, then just narrowed everything down again to around 25. Crazy! We're meeting tonight to discuss the content of the book--what we'll be writing for each character, etc.
Class is now on hiatus, which is sad, but we went out strongly. I really hope we can start up again in a couple of months, and I know I'm not the only person who feels that way!!! We'll see! Not sure if I'll check out an improv classes or whatnot in the meantime.
Oh, and Indy got adopted--yay!! He's with a really nice family in Calabasas--they found him through his YouTube video! :)
